I'm Nobriel, an architectural designer and visualizer based in Quezon City, Philippines. I model and render in SketchUp and Enscape, turning early ideas into images that clients can react to — and that builders can actually price.
Alongside design work, I've spent time on the construction side doing estimating for multifamily projects — quantity takeoffs and material specification for cabinetry and countertop packages. That experience shapes how I design: I know where the cost lives in a drawing, and I flag buildability problems before they become site problems.
